Edwina was born on July 17, 1957, in Atlanta Georgia to Shirley Head and Ed Riggins. She married Javier Nunez on December 29, 1989. She was a stay-at-home wife. 

Edwina is proceeded in death by her father Ed Riggins, brothers Eddie Riggins, Robbie Riggins of Walters Oklahoma and son Terry lnn Manuel.

She is survived by sister Sheila Barrington of Iowa Park TX, mother and stepdad Shirley and Gerald Head, two daughters Lisa and husband Jeremy Good of Wichita Falls TX, Crystal Manuel and Gary McBroom of Iowa Park TX. Grandchildren Andrew Manuel, Marissa Manuel of Iowa park TX, Kennedy Good, Kaleb Good of Wichita falls TX. Great Grandchildren Malachi Manuel, Jaxon Kelley, Wrangler Manuel, Winsley Manuel all of Iowa Park TX.

Celebration of life will be at a later date.
