James Randall "Randy" Hibbard

James Randall "Randy" Hibbard, 74, of Lawton, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026.

Randy was born in Cushing, Oklahoma, on August 31, 1951, to James Wayland Hibbard and Velma Hibbard.

Randy dedicated 30 years of service as a skilled mechanic at PSO’s Comanche Station, where he was respected by colleagues and valued for his expertise and reliability. Randy took great pride in his work and formed lasting friendships throughout his career.

He enjoyed watching Cubs baseball and was known for his quick wit and sense of humor.

Randy is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer and her husband Joe Walker of Owasso, Oklahoma, and Denise and her husband

Clayton Riddell of Olathe, Kansas, Melanie and her husband Jon Herman of Moore, Oklahoma and five beloved grandchildren, Josh Walker, Heather McGinley, Dylan Walker, Tyler Barlow, and Micah Walker; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sheila Larson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
